The stories of the faeries of Scotland give us a glimpse of the hopes and fears of the people of the time. Considered simply from the anthropological perspective alone, this is good science but we're really looking for the magic in Scotland that perhaps exists nowhere else. Somewhere in all these tales of Scottish faeries, there must be some shred of truth. Right?
